Important changes on YouTube: in the event of problems with copyright, you can easily edit a previously published video
YouTube introduces new tools to manage copyright infringement reports. If someone claims the rights to the music or excerpts of the clips used in your movie, now you'll be able to deal with it more easily.
Content ID is a system that was supposed to protect users from unauthorized use of materials on YouTube, but in practice it is most often a device that allows music companies to earn additional money. The system is not ideal, which is why it interacts with manual sending of copyright infringement reports.
In short, any YouTube user can submit a video if they think they have content that violates their copyright, e.g. a stolen photo.

Manual submissions will now have to include the exact time of the video in which the material does not have rights to the author. This is essentially the desired change, because it will save time looking for material. A viewer who sees his photo used without permission knows exactly where the movie appears, but the author of the film may not have a clue about it.
However, the most important change is the ability to edit movies from YouTube
Disputed graphics, clips or music can be removed directly in the YouTube editor, without having to delete a movie, edit on a computer, re-render and upload.
YouTube will provide three options:
- silencing the audio in a fragment in which music appears, to which the author has no rights. You do not have to mute the entire movie, only the fragment of the story,
- putting another audio under the fragment with the music in question. This is a great option when the music has been used in the puncture section. Quick replacement of music will allow you to not lose any content on the film,
- cutting out the video fragment on which the fragment of the clip or photo appears. After trimming the video, its length will be changed to YouTube
The option to appeal against applications remains the same. YouTube is also working on new releases to accelerate and simplify the emergence of copyright disputes .
