The multicurrency card uses the mechanism of automatic payment currency selection - the card itself will recognize the currency in which the transaction is made and settle it on the appropriate accounts.

With the Multi-currency card, the Kantor user will not only pay in a hotel, restaurant or shop, but - if the need arises - he will pay cash directly from the account in a given currency. Such a card will also facilitate online shopping in foreign stores and shopping websites. It can be used as part of the Google Pay and Apple Pay mobile payments.

It is free for the entire validity period, ie 4 years - if the customer makes it any transaction within six months of the card's order. Otherwise he will have to pay PLN 15 each time. The Multi-currency Card will be issued to all users of Alior Bank Foreign Exchange Office and will replace the current active cards by the end of its validity period.
