Ukrainian language at all Euronet ATMs in Poland

In addition to Polish, English and German, since March this year, all ATMs and cash deposit machines belonging to the Euronet network in Poland will offer an interface in Ukrainian. The initiative is implemented due to the demand among customers who came from across the eastern border.

Euronet announced that from the end of February 2019 it will be possible to operate devices in Ukrainian. The new function will be available at all ATMs and ATMs belonging to Euronet in Poland.

Previously, ATM service was available only in Polish, English and German.

Euronet decided to take this step due to the large number of Ukrainian economic migrants in Poland. According to various data, it can range from 1 to 2 million people, which is about 5 percent. total population of the country.

Of course, all Ukrainian employees are a desirable group of clients for financial institutions. There are already many retail banks offering services in Ukrainian.

The Ukrainian language in deposit-ATMs and ATMs is a convenience for the growing Ukrainian community in Poland. We want to enable Ukrainian citizens living and working in Poland to have trouble free and convenient use of our network devices. The Ukrainian language will be the next, next to Polish, English and German, in which it will be possible to make cash deposits and withdrawals - said Robert Midura, Country Manager at Euronet Polska.

The devices are located in the most convenient places for customers, such as shopping centers, petrol stations, restaurants, railway stations, airports, bank branches.

Every year, the company processes 516 million transactions and performs over 564 million top-ups of mobile phones. The company has been operating in Poland since 1996.

It should be noted that the service in Ukrainian is also available in public transport ticket machines in Warsaw, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin and Wrocław.
