After an unsuccessful attempt to acquire know-how belonging to the Skuber brand, under the pretense of establishing cooperation, UBER Poland has sent an unsubstantiated demand to discontinue competitive activity at JWA - the owner of the startup. - complains SQTER (ex-skuber).

Uber, at first, with his wicked licks, grab the valuable know-how of transporting people, but when it turned out that the Poles defended him like dungeons of their small or wild boar, he decided to take revenge. He accused the startup that he wants to provide services similar to him, using a similar name to him, which is a clear violation of the trademark.

Skuber changes its name because he does not want to be associated with this bad Uber.

Obviously, Skuber was inevitably the victim of a bad corporation and a completely accidental convergence of names. I have no doubt that no one from the startup heard of Uberra before, and even if the name has left his ears, it never dawned on him that the name of a foreign company may be similar to the name of a Polish startup.

We want the identification of the Sqter service to leave no doubt as to its authenticity and uniqueness on the Polish market both in terms of services provided and, above all, the highest quality of customer service.
